Whole Bean Micro Powder Processing Technology
Atomy Cafe Arabica Black is produced using special technologies called ultrafine particle grinding and cryogenic grinding.
Micro-particle grinding technology
Ultra-Low Temperature Freezing Grinding Technology
While conventional grain particles (such as flour) are 70㎛ (200 mesh), Atomy Café Arabica Black uses ultra-fine particle grinding technology to achieve ultra-fine powder at the level of 19㎛ (3000 mesh)
Using liquid nitrogen, this advanced special processing technology rapidly freezes and grinds natural materials or substances at an ultra-low temperature of -196ºC, minimizing changes in the original taste and nutrients of the material.
Key Features
Taste, aroma, and color experience minimal changes due to heat. Ultra-fine particles can be achieved, and semi-dried materials, moisture-containing raw materials, and coffee beans containing lipids can be ground without clumping.
