-
B)
Precautions before using the dye -
-
(1)
Before using the hair dye, please follow these steps to conduct a patch test 48 hours in advance. The patch test is a test to determine if there are any adverse reactions to the hair dye. Even if you have previously dyed your hair without any issues, changes in your body can lead to allergic reactions, so it is important to conduct the patch test each time.
(You can use illustrations or diagrams to make the steps of the patch test (①-④) easier to understand and attach them as an appendix to the usage instructions if necessary.) -
- First, thoroughly wash the skin on the inside of your arm or behind your ear, as well as the surrounding hair, with soap and water. Gently pat dry with a towel.
- Next, take a small amount of this product and prepare the test solution according to the specified instructions.
- Apply the test solution to the previously cleansed area, covering an area the size of a coin, and allow it to air dry naturally. (Time-sensitive)
- After applying the test solution, observe the test area 30 minutes and 48 hours later, for a total of 2 times. If you experience any skin abnormalities such as rash, redness, itching, blisters, or irritation on the applied area, do not touch it with your hands and wash it off immediately. Do not use the hair dye. Even if you experience such skin abnormalities during the test, before the 48-hour mark, stop the test immediately, wash off the test solution, and do not use the hair dye.
- If no abnormalities occur within 48 hours, you can proceed with dyeing your hair.
-
(2)
Do not use the hair dye on eyebrows, eyelashes, etc., as it can be dangerous. There is a risk of the hair dye getting into your eyes. Also, do not dye any other hair besides the hair on your head. -
(3)
Do not dye your hair immediately after shaving. -
(4)
For one week before and after using the hair dye, do not perm (permanent wave) your hair.
-
-
C)
Precautions for hair dyeing -
-
(1)
When using hair dye, be careful to avoid getting it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, it can cause severe pain or even damage to your eyes (inflammation of the cornea). If it happens, do not rub your eyes with your hands, but immediately rinse with water or lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes. Then, seek immediate examination by an ophthalmologist. Do not use eye drops or anything like that. -
(2)
During the dyeing process, avoid bathing or wetting your hair before dyeing. There is a concern that the hair dye may get into your eyes through sweat or water droplets. -
(3)
If you experience any skin abnormalities such as rash, redness, swelling, itching, or strong irritation during the dyeing process, or if you experience symptoms such as vomiting, immediately stop dyeing and rinse off the hair dye thoroughly. -
(4)
When the hair dye touches your skin, immediately wash it off with water or other liquids. To protect your fingers and nails, it's recommended to wear gloves while dyeing. -
(5)
Dye your hair in a well-ventilated area.
-
-
D)
Aftercare precautions for hair dyeing -
-
(1)
If you experience skin reactions such as rash, redness, itching, blisters, or irritation on your head, face, or neck after dyeing, do not scratch or rub the affected area. Instead, seek examination from a dermatologist.
Please refrain from using any medication or substances without proper guidance. -
(2)
If you feel unwell or experience any physical discomfort during or after dyeing, it's advisable to consult a doctor.
-
-
E)
Storage and handling precautions -
-
(1)
Do not store the mixed hair dye in a sealed container.
There is a risk of the container being damaged due to the pressure from the gas generated by the mixed solution. Additionally, the mixed dye may splash upwards, contaminate the surroundings, and be difficult to remove. The leftover mixed solution is ineffective, so be sure to discard it immediately. -
(2)
When disposing of the container, be sure to open the lid and then discard it.
